Your first month begins with a longer kickoff session so we can understand what is live, choose the first focus, and set the rhythm before the daily calls begin.

Includes one monthly 60-minute strategy session to zoom out, review patterns, and clarify the next stretch.
Includes a longer kickoff session at the beginning of the first month.
30-day minimum.
New Daily Counsel relationships usually begin at the start of the month so the rhythm has a clean beginning. If there is a reason to begin sooner, we can discuss that after you request counsel.

When do the daily calls happen?
We choose a weekday time that works for both of us before we begin.
What happens if I miss a call?
We keep the rhythm simple. If you miss a call, we return the next weekday. The value is in having a steady place to come back to.
What do we use the monthly strategy session for?
The monthly session gives us room to zoom out, review patterns, clarify direction, and make sure the daily work is connected to the larger movement of the business.
What happens after I request Daily Counsel?
I’ll review what you send personally. If it seems aligned, I’ll follow up with the next step. If we decide to begin, I’ll send the invoice and we’ll choose the daily call time before the start date.
