Highlights:
Finished the full draft of the Digital Alchemy Lab Playbook.
Built and refined two major email ecosystems:
From Never Enough to More Than Enough (13 emails).
From Referrals to Revenue System (10 emails).
Clarified DAL as the core container all these assets point into.
Kept the plugin + affiliate engine running in the background.

What worked:
Writing in calm authority instead of hype
Building real entry points into the ecosystem
Letting lived experience drive the frameworks
What didn’t:
Still not as intentional with lead gen as I want to be
Under-leveraging the assets I’ve already built
Energy leaks from context switching between roles
Lessons:
I don’t need more ideas – I need more circulation.
Email and playbooks are my natural leverage.
I do my best work for the “successful but stuck” builder.
What I’m proud of:
Finished the DAL Playbook draft.
Completed two deep email arcs I can reuse.
Kept moving instead of freezing.
