September 2025 Review: Finding the Gold Mine
This month felt like rediscovery. Not in a surface way — but in the deep sense of realizing the gold mine I’ve been standing on.
⚡ The Big Shift
In Q3, I listed my business for sale on Acquire.com. I built the prospectus, talked with potential buyers, and ran through every angle of what an acquisition could look like.
But the deeper I got into those conversations, the clearer one question became:
“If I were the buyer, what would I do differently?”
That question changed everything.
I’d rebrand it as what it already is — a fractional marketing consultancy for the entire Squarespace ecosystem . I’d double down on the mentorship, the frameworks, and the compounding systems that actually move people forward.
By the end of the month, I realized I didn’t want to sell this. I wanted to re-own it.
✨ Highlights
The energy this month came from people — being around them, helping them grow, seeing their transformations.
Mentorship clients found their gold mines — clarity, momentum, new opportunities. Watching that unfold in real time reminded me why I do this work.
Circle Day Live gave me the rare in-person feedback loop that remote work doesn’t: hearing the impact I’ve had on others. That was fuel.
New income streams continued to grow — slow, steady, but real. Each one started small, and that’s humbling to acknowledge.
❌ What Didn’t Work
Manual tasks. I moved through the month without enough structure — no automated email sequences, no pre-scheduled sales flows. I left momentum (and money) on the table.
Plugins at an all-time low. That’s a signal to revisit and revitalize the product side of the business.
🪞 Lessons from Coaching
If there’s one takeaway from client work this month, it’s this:
Obsess over your client problems.
When you’re truly invested in their transformation, everything else aligns — your messaging, your energy, your results. Their growth becomes your proof of concept.
🧭 If I Could Tell My September 1st Self Anything
“Automate earlier. Schedule your systems upfront — sales emails, follow-ups, webinars. Free your time for creative and strategic work. Don’t wait until it feels urgent.”
🔮 October Focus
October is about alignment and automation.
Setting up systems that keep the flywheel turning without me constantly pushing it.
Automated email sequences, systematic outreach, and maybe even paid ads to amplify what’s already working.
Most importantly, I’m doubling down on what I teach — turning every insight, every conversation, every client win into an asset that compounds.
